Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with CDH Tiffany Lamp. We are based in Auckland, New Zealand, and ship nationwide.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

• Urban New Zealand: 3–5 business days
• Rural New Zealand: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. 

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Backorders Some items may be on backorder. If your order includes a backordered item, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@cdhtiffanylamp.co.nz and we will assist you promptly.
